Bounce Forward is a national charity that delivers inspiring and practical training programmes to supportyoung people to reach their full potential in life. The charity believes that teaching resilience skills should sit alongside academic lessons and have spent 13 years working directly with schools and delivering research to evidence what they do.

Governors for Schools is a national education charity that finds, places, and supports skilled volunteers as governors on school and academy boards. We work with schools and volunteers across England and Wales to improve education for children and young people. With over 20 years’ experience matching volunteers with schools, we’re committing to ensuring every board has diverse and effective governance.

Our skills-based matching service means every volunteer is placed on a board where they can make the biggest impact.  This academic year we have been running our “Wellbeing Governors” campaign. We are advocating for all boards to have a Wellbeing Governor, to ensure both pupil and staff wellbeing is kept under consideration, in all their decisions.

We are delighted to work with Bounce Together to encourage more volunteers to take up the role and share resources which will help schools across England and Wales.
