Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 22 June 2026
Our commitment
BounceTogether is committed to making our website accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation.
We want visitors to be able to understand our content, navigate the website, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.
Accessibility standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across our public website wherever practical.
This website is built with responsive layouts, semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible navigation patterns, readable colour contrast, descriptive links, and text alternatives where images communicate meaningful information.
Using this website
You should be able to zoom the page without text spilling off the screen, navigate most of the website with a keyboard, read content in a logical order, and use browser or device settings to adjust text size, contrast, and motion preferences.
We avoid using colour alone to communicate important information, and we aim to keep forms, buttons, and links clearly labelled.
Known limitations
Some older documents, embedded third-party tools, PDFs, videos, or externally hosted services may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the website.
Where we identify an accessibility issue, we will review it and prioritise improvements based on impact, user need, and technical feasibility.
Feedback and contact information
If you find any accessibility problems on this website, or if you need information in a different format, contact us at hello@bouncetogether.co.uk.
Please include the page address, the issue you experienced, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if relevant. This helps us investigate and respond more effectively.
How we maintain accessibility
We review accessibility as part of ongoing website updates. This includes checking page structure, keyboard behaviour, visible focus states, image alternatives, colour contrast, responsive behaviour, and content readability.
This statement will be updated when there are material changes to the website or to our accessibility approach.
