Dear Colleagues, This survey is designed to help us enhance the SEND provision across Swale Academies Trust. Your insights are invaluable in helping us: • Support you better in meeting the needs of all learners • Identify and share excellent practice • Target professional development effectively • Allocate resources where they're most needed The SEND Code of Practice emphasises that "teachers are responsible and accountable for the progress and development of the pupils in their class, including where pupils access support from teaching assistants or specialist staff." This survey will help us ensure you have the support needed to fulfil this responsibility effectively. Your responses will directly inform our SEND development planning.
