<p dir="ltr">Providing the best possible working environment for our teachers is critical to the collective success of our schools at Swale Academies Trust. Research clearly shows that aspects of teachers’ working environment significantly impact teacher job satisfaction, motivation, and retention (Kraft & Papay, 2014; Weston et al, 2021). </p> <p dir="ltr">To help us understand teachers’ experiences and identify areas for improvement, we are conducting this survey developed by academics at UCL. It is the first peer-reviewed survey specifically aimed at gathering actionable data to enhance working conditions within schools (Sims, 2021).</p> <p dir="ltr">Your anonymous responses will provide vital insights into the strengths and opportunities in your school’s policies, leadership, and day-to-day operations. This valuable feedback will guide our efforts to better support you and make your school an even better place to teach and thrive professionally.</p> <p dir="ltr">Your perspectives are crucial for empowering positive change across your school and the Trust.
