But don't take our word for it! Read how our schools are using BounceTogether to drive improvements across the curriculum.
Starting to work with BounceTogether marked a breakthrough for our school wellbeing strategy! We can use their surveys to measure and monitor wellbeing across several key categories quickly, keep insights in one place and save countless hours of time that would usually be spend on administrative tasks.

If you really care about the wellbeing of your school community, you need to 'measure what you treasure'. BounceTogether allows you to do that with ease!
Broughton Junior School
The results we gather through the software are amazing and we know that the wellbeing surveys included with Bounce are validated and tested, which means we don’t even need to create our own! The results are presented in a variety of formats, which can be instantly summarised and shared with the relevant people in school to help in school improvement planning.

The beauty of the surveys is that you are capturing those children who internalise. They are your future self-harmers, future bulimics, or anorexics. We are picking them up and giving them a voice to tell their story. You pick every single one up.

As a Trust with 20 schools, 600 staff and a small central HR team, we needed to find a survey platform that was confidential, easy to use and provided us with comprehensive reporting. Bounce Together does exactly that!
Multi Academy Trust
BounceTogether provides us with so much more than what we were using before!

BounceTogether has been incredibly valuable in my role with the Manchester United Foundation, and we have been able to evaluate all the programmes that our Man Utd Hub Officer runs. This has shown fantastic results and allowed us to implement effective intervention strategies.

We used to have to spend hours pulling off, sorting, and manipulating data into easy-to-read and user-friendly charts and tables. Bounce Together does this for us, meaning that we can spend our time addressing key findings, putting our leaders and HR resources into really getting to grips with what staff are saying, and proactively working on our people strategy.
Multi Academy Trust
At many points during the award application process, we used our Bounce survey data to evidence the impact we were having in terms of developing staff and pupil wellbeing. We were delighted to be awarded a Gold Mental Health Award and Bounce played a big part in helping us achieve that.

We used the ‘Attitudes to Reading’ survey to see who we needed to support with reading at home, which genres children liked and more. We had one child who hated reading but loved dogs. We set her up to read with our Therapy Dog and she now is loving reading to him – a great win for us and an easy fix thanks to what we found out from the survey.
Primary School
Efficiency is high on importance and BounceTogether gives us a more useful way of collecting data. We are able to look at individual answers, which is key in enabling us to identify areas of need and intervene early. We can also easily evidence impact to Governors, SLT, and external agencies (OFSTED in particular). This is key to seeing if our intervention pathway is working and having a positive impact.

It is worth the cost just to pick up on one child who has fallen under the radar!

With BounceTogether, we can assign a survey to a class or cohort and have results back instantly. These are presented in a format that is easy for us to analyse meaning that we can put more timely actions in place. This has allowed us to be more reactive to the needs of different school cohorts.

Knowing a proportion of our Lower Key Stage 2 girls were facing low levels of anxiety, we were able to run The Perceived Stress Scale pre-and post-running anxiety-specific interventions to measure and compare their impact over time.

BounceTogether makes our lives so much easier! It has allowed me to very quickly and easily pick out key findings from surveys with individual children, classes, or groups and action this immediately. We run a safeguarding survey for all children at the start of each year.
Pocklington Junior School
BounceTogether has provided an affordable, easy-to-use platform that has helped measure and shape an impactful school wellbeing strategy.
Woodlands Primary Academy
BounceTogether does so much more than simply measure wellbeing! As a subject teacher, I can run simple surveys to gain parental feedback on the different topics I am covering, adding videos, images, and links to questions I create.

The holistic approach to wellbeing and how the tracking of it can support school development. The fact that Ofsted may ask about your emotional curriculum and do a deep dive, makes this data is so valuable.

I find the surveys really helpful. They just let me get my feelings off my shoulders. If you have trouble at home and keep it inside of you, it stops you from learning.
KS2
If you are not happy, you can't learn! BounceTogether is pivotal to my pastoral role. I do a lot of one-to-one work and the surveys make this measurable for me.
Primary School
With the data, I could confidently talk about what we were doing in school, why we were doing it, and evidence its impact. It put me, our Governors, and SLT in control.

Using Immersive Reader functionality, we are able to change the question into over 60 different languages, alter the font size, style, and background colour. This ensures all surveys are accessible for EVERY parent and pupil.
Secondary School
The software gives us so much more than the previous system we were using, allowing us to measure wellbeing quickly, monitor progress in one place, and save countless hours of time.
Secondary School
Having BounceTogether working with existing systems allowed data collection to be reduced by almost 90%, allowing us to be more pupil focused.

One cohort had not been split during their time in school. Now in year 3, they were struggling with social skills and relationships. Using BounceTogether to survey this specific area allowed us to explore their challenges and intervene straight away.
Primary School
Previously staff surveys were completed on paper and the process was archaic. Using BounceTogether made the process much easier, more insightful, and better for staff to let us know what thought about life in our school.

With BounceTogether, staff working with children on a 1-to-1 basis can easily evidence the success and impact of their work. Insights that demonstrate how areas of concern have turned from red to green following interventions.

The fact that we had carried our pupil reading and wellbeing surveys, as well as staff surveys, and acted upon the results was certainly helpful in our recent Ofsted inspection. It was also useful to be able to say we had done a survey, acted on its findings, then run a follow-up survey to show improvement. The facility BounceTogether provided was certainly a positive.
